By train

The main central railway station of Santa Maria Novella (one of the most important railway junctions, as well as an interchange point of the Florence public transportation) is located just a few steps (2 minutes on foot) from the main entrance of the congress/exhibition area and from the main reception of Firenze Fiera, located on the ground floor of Palazzo degli Affari.
The other two Florence railway stations (Rifredi and Campo di Marte), are only ten minutes from the Santa Maria Novella station, to which they are well connected through local trains and city buses.

By plane

The international Florence airport 'Amerigo Vespucci', (code- IATA FLR) is only 4 km from the city centre, and it can be easily reached by taxi or with the Ataf/Sita 'Servizio Vola in bus' shuttle service (around 15-20 minutes), connecting the airport to the main railway station of Santa Maria Novella. Through connections with Rome Fiumicino, Milan Malpensa and the main European cities (Amsterdam, Barcelona, London, Frankfurt, Madrid, Munich, Paris, Vienna, Zurich), Florence is easily connected to the rest the world.

The international Pisa airport (code- IATA PSA) is only 80 km away from the Florence city centre, and it is connected to Florence by train (departures to Florence every hour) and by Terravision coach. In addition to scheduled flights, Pisa also hosts many low-cost companies.
